Accommodation Options
Bwthyn Bach is a cosy ground floor cottage for two with it’s very own hot tub, Ty Mawr sleeps 8. Both properties can be booked together offering accomodation for up to 10 guests. Dogs are welcome in both the house and cottage.
From Couples to Groups
Up to 10 people can stay using Bwthyn Bach as a ground floor annex. For larger groups A further cottage owned by our neighbours sleeps up to 4 people and details can be provided upon request.
All cottages can be booked separately or together.
Ideally Situated
Situated close to the coastal towns of Criccieth and Porthmadog, Eisteddfa Country House and Cottages are ideally situated for exploring Snowdonia and the Lleyn Peninsula. The cottages occupy a stunning position overlooking fishing lakes with views over the valley to the mountains and coastline.
Eisteddfa was the former home of Prime Minister Lloyd George's daughter, and was owned by her family up untill 2025. The Property is now owned and operated by The Golden Fleece Inn located in near by Tremadog. Our guests can enjoy a free* taxi to the Fleece if they spend £50 or more on food and drink during their stay! Please note all correspondance is handeled via our team at the Fleece.
Discounted Fishing!
Our Neighbours Tom & Jane run the five lake coarse and trout Eisteddfa Fishery where guests can enjoy discounted fishing around 500 yds from the cottages. A variety of lakes offer great fishing to both experienced anglers and beginners, with a licensed café onsite.
